Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some pet care products may not be eligible for return after use.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
